Do you know Monica, our speaking assistant?

Dou you kow Monica, our language assistant?

Hello
My name is Monica and I am the English Assistant in the CRA Moncalvillo for a second year. I am very happy to be back after visiting my home in Virginia, United States.
I enjoy working with youth and being able to see them progress in a second language. I have been studying Spanish for almost twelve years, and understand the importance and value of knowing another language. I am honored to be fostering English games and conversations among my students.

I am from a small town called Berryville, Virginia where there are more cows than people. I graduated from University in May of 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, and in International Relations. As a resident of Spain, I enjoy practicing Spanish, traveling throughout Europe, and eating pinchos! (patatas bravas are my favorite) Wave to me if you see me. I’m the only tall blonde with glasses, haha!

See you all around! ☺

A day in LogroƱo

A day in LogroƱo

On March 14th, pupils in 4th grade from Entrena and in 3rd and 4th from Nalda went to LogroƱo to go to the theatre and to the Cubo del RevellĆn.

First we went in the public bus. Then we arrived in LogroƱo. We visited the Cubo del Revellƭn, that is the remains of a wall that surrounded LogroƱo. When we got there, we happened to meet with a group of people from LogroƱo at the same time.

Later we went to the theatre. It was very, very funny. The play was called Tarzan and it was about two monkeys dancing Fornite dances and they heard a baby crying, and ... It was Tarzan, so they took care of him. I really enjoyed the trip in the bus.
